Iberpapel Gestión, S.A. has completed a capital increase, issuing 214,616 new shares at a nominal value of €0.60 each, totaling €128,769.60. This expansion brings the company’s share capital to €6,578,667, spread across 10,964,445 shares. The capital increase process, following a free allocation rights period, concluded with the signing of the deed on July 19, 2024.
