Iberpapel Gestión has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors, including the resignation of Mr. Iñigo Echevarría Canales as chairman, the appointment of Mr. Martín González del Valle Chavarri as the new non-executive chairman, and Mr. Miguel Ángel Tapiador Silanes as the new CEO and Executive Director. Ms. Agatha Echevarría Canales will take on the role of independent director, with the company’s leadership transitions effective as of late September and early October 2024.
