Iberdrola has agreed to sell a 49% stake in its Windanker offshore wind farm in Germany to Windanker Investco B.V., associated with Kansai Electric Power, for around 150 million euros. This deal values the entire wind farm at approximately 1.28 billion euros and requires the buyer to contribute to ongoing construction costs. The transaction is pending approval from German authorities and is not expected to significantly impact Iberdrola’s 2024 financial results.
