Iberdrola is offering its employees in Spain the option to receive their 2024 annual variable compensation in shares of the company, allowing them to become more invested in the company’s success. This initiative aligns with Iberdrola’s general compensation policy and provides flexibility for employees to choose between cash or stock compensation. The plan is designed for active employees with tax residence in Spain, excluding those managing regulated activities.
