iAnthus Capital Holdings has announced the immediate resignation of John Paterson from its Board of Directors. The company expressed gratitude for his contributions and is awaiting the nomination of a successor by the investor who initially nominated Paterson, as per the Investor Rights Agreement. Currently, no replacement has been appointed to fill the vacancy on the Board.
