iAnthus Capital Holdings has acquired the lifestyle vape brand Cheetah, aiming to boost its consumer-focused cannabis portfolio and drive growth. This acquisition will expand iAnthus’ presence in the Illinois and Pennsylvania markets, leveraging shared resources for national expansion. Michael Piermont, co-founder of Cheetah, joins iAnthus as Chief Commercial Officer to enhance brand development and innovation.
