Iante Investments Approves Management and Accounts

Iante Investments Socimi SA’s Ordinary and Universal General Shareholders’ Meeting resulted in unanimous approval of the corporate management for the 2023 fiscal year, as well as the Consolidated Annual Accounts showing a loss of €14,752,731. Shareholders granted the Board express authority to execute decisions and approved the minutes of the meeting.
