IAC/InteractiveCorp. ( (IAC) ) just unveiled an update.

On April 7, 2026, IAC Inc. released updated supplemental financial information recasting past results to reflect a strategic internal reorganization at Dotdash Meredith’s People Inc. unit and the completion of the Care.com divestiture on March 16, 2026. Effective January 1, 2026, the digital portion of a legacy agency business was moved from People Inc.’s Print to its Digital segment so it reports under the D/Cipher advertising management team, a shift intended to better align sales channels and improve operational and performance efficiencies.

IAC also retroactively classified Care.com as discontinued operations for all prior periods following its March sale, so historical figures now present the company on a continuing-operations basis without that business. Aside from these reclassifications and segment recasts, IAC reported no additional changes to its reportable segments, clarifying the way investors should interpret recent and comparative revenue trends across People Inc., Search, and Emerging & Other activities.

The most recent analyst rating on (IAC) stock is a Hold with a $37.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on IAC/InteractiveCorp. stock, see the IAC Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on IAC Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, IAC is a Neutral.

The score is held back primarily by weak financial performance (declining revenue, ongoing losses, and uneven cash generation). It is partially supported by neutral-to-mildly positive technicals and a reasonably managed balance sheet, plus a moderately constructive earnings outlook driven by People’s digital momentum and ongoing buybacks—tempered by traffic declines from Google, litigation costs, and cautious 2026 guidance.
