iA Financial Corporation Inc. has announced its plan to issue $350 million worth of 6.921% Limited Recourse Capital Notes due in 2084, aiming for a June 25, 2024 closing date. The proceeds from this offering will be used for general corporate endeavors, including investments and debt repayment. Additionally, the company will issue corresponding shares held in a trust, with the notes being redeemable under certain conditions starting in 2029.
