I3 Verticals Stockholders Approve Key Proposals at Annual Meeting

I3 Verticals (IIIV) has released an update.

i3 Verticals, Inc. successfully convened its 2024 Annual Meeting with over 81% of stockholders participating, either in person or by proxy. The meeting led to the election of all proposed directors for a one-year term, the ratification of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent auditors for the upcoming fiscal year, and the approval of executive compensation on an advisory basis. Additionally, the stockholders agreed to hold annual advisory votes on executive compensation moving forward.
