I-NET Corp. has announced a strategic buyback of up to 100,000 of its own shares, representing 0.65% of its outstanding stock, with a maximum spend of ¥200 million. The repurchase will take place via the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s off-auction system, ToSTNeT-3, aiming to enhance corporate value and shareholder returns. The transaction is scheduled for 8:45 a.m. on August 1, 2024, at the previous day’s closing price of ¥1,873 per share.
