i-Control Holdings Limited has announced the completion of mandatory unconditional cash offers for its issued shares, excluding those already owned by the Offeror and its allies, along with the cancellation of all outstanding options. The offers have officially closed with no further revisions, resulting in the Offeror acquiring approximately 0.20% of the company’s issued share capital for a total consideration of HK$483,000. Subsequently, the shareholding structure has changed, with the Offeror Concert Group now holding 71.40% of i-Control Holdings after the completion of these transactions.
