i-Control Holdings Limited has announced the despatch of a Composite Document detailing mandatory unconditional cash offers for all its issued shares not already owned by the Offeror and the cancellation of all outstanding options. Shareholders and optionholders have received the relevant documents, marking the commencement of the offer period which is set to conclude by the end of July 2024. The move, including an indicative timetable, is aimed at streamlining the company’s ownership structure and has been fully outlined on the company’s website.
