i-CABLE Communications Limited has announced a discloseable transaction involving the sale of IPv4 Number Resources through its subsidiary HKC for approximately HK$16,358,000. The deal, which is categorized under the Listing Rules as a discloseable transaction due to its percentage ratios, requires approval from relevant RIRs and involves an escrow agent to facilitate the payment. The transaction is expected to close within 45 days of signing.
