i-80 Gold Corp. Shareholders Endorse Key Resolutions

i-80 Gold Corp (TSE:IAU) has released an update.

At i-80 Gold Corp.’s recent shareholder meeting, a decisive majority approved all proposed resolutions, including the appointment of nine directors, the selection of Grant Thornton LLP as auditors, and the ratification of the omnibus share incentive plan. The directors were elected with strong support, ranging from 82.556% to 97.359% in favor, while Grant Thornton LLP received a 97.107% approval rating. The omnibus share incentive plan gained a 77.323% favorable vote, showcasing shareholder confidence in the company’s strategic incentives.
