i-80 Gold Corp (TSE:IAU) has released an update.

i-80 Gold Corp. successfully raised C$23.38 million through a non-brokered private placement by issuing 12,989,204 common shares, aimed at funding the exploration and development of its Nevada mineral projects, as well as for general corporate purposes. Insiders participated in the placement, subscribing for a total of 162,404 shares, under terms exempt from certain minority shareholder requirements. The funds are instrumental for the company’s growth strategy in the mining sector.
