HYTERRA LTD, known by its ASX issuer code HYT, has announced the application for quotation of 20,402,745 new ordinary fully paid shares, following a recent placement and rights offer. The shares, part of the Lead Manager and Underwriters’ fees, are slated for issue on May 28, 2024, as detailed in the company’s prospectus released earlier on April 8, 2024.
