HYTERRA LTD has announced a new securities issue, slated for 11 November 2024, which includes a massive issuance of up to 322,058,824 unquoted options and 644,117,647 fully paid ordinary shares. This move, aimed at raising capital through a placement or other methods, is pending approval from the ASX for quotation on a deferred settlement basis.
