Hypebeast Limited has announced its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) for 14 August 2024, where it will present the audited financial statements and director reports, declare final and special dividends, and seek approval for director re-elections and remuneration. Shareholders will also consider approving the potential repurchase of up to 10% of the company’s shares. The meeting will take place at the Majoris Business Lounge in Hong Kong.
