HydroGraph Clean Power Inc. has successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising C$3.69 million through the issuance of over 23 million units at C$0.16 each. The funds will be used to advance application development, upscale production, and for general working capital purposes. Kjirstin Breure, President and Interim CEO, expressed gratitude to shareholders and anticipation for the company’s progression towards its first commercial contract.
