HydroGraph Clean Power Inc. has successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $3.6 million by issuing over 22 million units at $0.16 each, with proceeds aimed at advancing application development, production scale-up, and general corporate purposes. The company’s President and Interim CEO expressed gratitude to shareholders and anticipation for securing the company’s first commercial contract in 2024. Additionally, HydroGraph will be hosting an investor webinar to discuss recent milestones and future plans for commercialization.
