Ltd. announced significant changes to its leadership, with the upcoming retirement of Non-Executive Chair Mr George Livery and appointment of Mr Adem Karafili as his successor, effective May 25, 2024. Additionally, CEO Oliver Baker will take on the role of Managing Director without extra compensation, while agreeing to a 10% reduction in his fixed remuneration to alleviate company cash burn.
