HUYA Inc. has renegotiated its License Agreement for Broadcasting League of Legends with a Tencent affiliate, resulting in a decreased license fee from RMB 450 million to RMB 230 million for the years 2024 to 2025. The Company’s Board of Directors and audit committee have approved the amended agreement, which reflects a significant cost reduction for the upcoming years.
