Husqvarna AB ( ($SE:HUSQ.B) ) has shared an announcement.

Husqvarna AB’s annual general meeting approved the 2025 accounts and a total dividend of SEK 1.25 per share, to be paid in two installments during 2026, while granting discharge of liability to the board and CEO. Shareholders also confirmed a nine-member board with Torbjörn Lööf re-elected as chair and added Glen Instone as a new director, alongside renewed mandates for KPMG as auditor and updated remuneration for directors and committee members.

The meeting backed new remuneration guidelines for group management and endorsed a performance-based long-term incentive program for 2026, supported by potential equity swap arrangements to hedge share-based obligations. In addition, the board received authorization to issue up to about 57.6 million new B-shares as consideration in share-based acquisitions, providing Husqvarna with financial and strategic flexibility for future M&A-driven growth.
