Hunyvers has solidified its position in the nautical sector by completing its acquisition of Pneumarine, marking its fourth nautical sector acquisition since 2020. The deal adds to Hunyvers’ growth strategy in the consolidating nautical market, with the nautical division expected to contribute over 20% to the company’s annual turnover. Hunyvers, which has recently entered negotiations for another acquisition, has been diversifying since 2006 and is listed on Euronext Growth Paris.
