Hunting PLC has announced that Equiniti Trust (Jersey) Limited, as trustee of the Hunting PLC Employee Benefit Trust, has crossed a threshold in voting rights on 3rd June 2024. Their total voting rights now stand at 3.092391%, an increase from the previous notification, with a direct holding of 5,100,593 voting rights in the company.
