Hunting PLC has announced the grant of share awards to executive Directors and members of the Executive Committee under the 2024 Hunting Performance Share Plan, following shareholder approval. The awards, based on both performance and time, are set to vest on the third anniversary of the grant date, with specific performance conditions outlined for the year ended 31 December 2026. The awards were calculated using the closing middle market price of Hunting PLC shares on 17 April 2024.
