Hunting PLC Director Transfers Shares

Hunting (GB:HTG) has released an update.

Hunting PLC, a global precision engineering group, has announced that its Finance Director, Bruce Ferguson, transferred 218,809 Ordinary Shares to his spouse for no cost on October 3, 2024. This transaction leaves Ferguson with a 0.01% beneficial holding in the company. The shares were transferred on the London Stock Exchange.
