On July 21, 2025, HUMBL, Inc. entered into a Termination Agreement with Multicortex, LLC, effectively restructuring their previous Joint Venture Agreement from April 3, 2025. The new agreement provides HUMBL with an option to purchase a 51% stake in Multicortex for $3,000,000 within a year, while eliminating the obligation to share 15% of Regulation A+ proceeds with Multicortex. This move allows HUMBL greater flexibility and control over potential proceeds and more time to assess Multicortex’s business prospects.
