Humanoid Global Holdings Corp. announced progress in its portfolio company, Cartwheel Robotics, which is developing ‘Yogi,’ an embodied AI platform designed for natural movement and intuitive response. Cartwheel Robotics is expanding its operations to Reno, Nevada, to support scaled development and testing. Yogi is being developed as a companion and assistant for light tasks in homes and workplaces, with potential healthcare applications. The company is also initiating a Seed financing round to fund further development and targets showcasing a full-body walking prototype at the Humanoid Summit in December 2025.
