Human Health Holdings Ltd. has announced the renewal of consultancy agreements with Dr. Seto and Dr. Lau, set to expire on June 30, 2024. These renewed agreements will commence on July 1, 2024, and last until June 30, 2027, continuing a relationship that involves providing professional dental services at the Group’s medical centers. The agreements are subject to reporting and annual review requirements but are exempt from the need for independent shareholders’ approval.
