Human Health Holdings Limited has announced the extension of the term of their Limited Partnership until December 31, 2024, including an agreement that no Management Fee will be charged during this period. The extension terms were decided through arm’s length negotiations and are deemed fair and in the interests of the Company and its Shareholders.
