Human Health Holdings Ltd. has provided additional details on the remuneration policy for consultancy agreements with key dental practitioners, Dr. Seto and Dr. Lau. According to the supplemental announcement, the professional fees for dental services provided at the Group’s medical centers will be the higher of a fixed monthly fee or a variable rate based on a percentage of monthly revenues, aligning with market standards. Factors such as the dentists’ seniority, patient pool, historical fees, and contributions to the Group’s growth were considered in the fee determination.
