Huize Holding Faces Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Notice

Huize Holding (HUIZ) has released an update.

Huize Holding Limited, an insurance technology platform listed on Nasdaq, has received a notice from Nasdaq for not meeting the minimum bid price requirement over the past 30 days. The company’s American depositary shares have been trading below the $1 threshold, but this does not currently impact their listing status. Huize has a 180-day period to regain compliance and is considering all necessary actions to address the issue.
