Huize Holding (HUIZ) has released an update.
Huize Holding Limited has announced the replacement of its independent registered public accounting firm, moving from PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP to Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP, effective July 17, 2024. The decision, approved by the company’s board of directors and audit committee, follows a thorough evaluation process. Deloitte will be responsible for auditing the company’s consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, and a smooth transition is expected with thanks extended to PwC for their past services.
