Huishang Bank Corporation Limited has announced the successful approval of amendments to its Articles of Association by the National Financial Regulatory Administration Anhui Office, following a shareholder vote at the Annual General Meeting. Shareholders cast over two-thirds majority votes in favor, and the full text of the revised Articles of Association is available on the HKEXnews website and the bank’s official site. The Chinese version of the document will prevail in case of discrepancies with the English translation.
