Huishang Bank Corporation Limited has announced the withdrawal of a proposed special dividend due to a lack of sufficient shareholder approval at the annual general meeting. The resolution for the dividend, which was declared at RMB 9.02 per 10 shares, did not receive the required majority of votes.
