Huishang Bank Corporation Limited has announced the withdrawal of its proposed final dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, due to the supplemental ordinary resolution No. 11 failing to pass at the annual general meeting. Less than half of the shareholder votes favored the resolution, resulting in the cancellation of the RMB 2.92 per 10 share dividend initially declared. Shareholders were informed of this development through the bank’s announcement dated July 1, 2024.
