Huishang Bank Corporation Limited has announced a postponement of its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to June 29, 2024, introducing additional proposals for profit distribution and a special dividend plan for shareholders. Shareholders are advised to vote with consideration as conflicting resolutions, regarding the profit distribution plan, will require a separate vote and could affect dividend distribution. The bank emphasizes that the original profit distribution plan is in the best interest of the bank and its shareholders.
