Huishang Bank Corporation Limited has announced a final dividend of RMB 1.46 per 10 shares for the financial year ended December 31, 2023, with payment due on August 22, 2024. Shareholders will receive the dividend in HKD at a rate of 1.60001 per 10 shares, after a 10% withholding tax for non-resident individuals and enterprises, and a 20% tax for Mainland China investors through stock connect programs. The bank’s update follows the approval of the dividend on June 29, 2024, and sets the ex-dividend date as July 3, 2024.
