Huishang Bank Corporation Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 2.92 per 10 shares for the financial year ending on 31 December 2023. Shareholders will approve the dividend on 29 June 2024, with the ex-dividend date set for 03 July 2024 and payment to be made on 22 August 2024. The bank also notes potential inconsistencies with resolutions regarding dividend distribution and will make further announcements if both Ordinary Resolution No. 3 and Supplemental Ordinary Resolution No. 11 are approved.
