Huishang Bank has announced the resignation of Mr. Wu Tian, a non-executive director, due to his retirement. Mr. Wu also stepped down from the Strategic Development and Consumer Rights Protection Committee and the Risk Management Committee, effective immediately. The bank’s board expressed gratitude for his significant contributions during his tenure.
