Huili Resources (Group) Limited has announced a conditional agreement to issue 85,819,957 new shares, accumulating a total sum of HK$38,618,981 at HK$0.45 per share. This new issuance will represent approximately 4.3% of the current issued share capital and is set to increase the share capital by 4.1% upon completion.
