Huili Resources (Group) Limited announced unanimous shareholder approval for all proposed resolutions at their Annual General Meeting on June 14, 2024, including the re-election of directors, the appointment of ZHONGHUI ANDA CPA Limited as auditors, and the issuance and buy-back of shares. The endorsed resolutions also encompassed the adoption of audited financial statements and the authorization for the board to set directors’ remuneration.
