Huili Resources (Group) Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of a target company, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary and integrating its financial results into the Group’s statements. The company settled the HK$35,200,000 consideration through the issue of 73,333,333 new shares, adjusting the shareholding structure and diluting existing percentages slightly for major shareholders.
