Huili Resources (Group) Limited has successfully completed the issuance of 85,819,957 new shares under its general mandate, enlarging its issued share capital by approximately 4.1%. The shares were issued to a subscriber at a price of HK$0.45 each, amounting to a total subscription price of HK$38,618,981, which was settled by offsetting a promissory note of the same value. This strategic move alters the company’s shareholding structure, notably increasing the subscriber’s stake from approximately 7.76% to 11.53%.
