Huicheng International Holdings Limited, formerly known as China Outfitters Holdings Limited, has officially changed its company name, stock short name, logo, and website. The stock code remains unchanged as ‘1146’, and the changes take effect from 26 June 2024. This rebranding will not affect shareholder rights or the validity of existing share certificates.
