Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. successfully conducted its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) with all proposed resolutions passed without amendment. The AGM, which took place in Wuhan, China, led to the re-election and appointment of directors and supervisors for the eleventh session of the Board and Supervisory Committee. The company confirmed that there were no restrictions on shareholders’ voting rights, and the terms of the newly appointed members are effective from May 21, 2024.
