Huaxi Holdings Co. Ltd. has appointed Ms. Zheng Catherine Jia Lin as an executive director, effective December 2024. With a strong background in risk management and a chartered accountant certification, Ms. Zheng brings over eight years of experience to the role. Her appointment is part of the company’s strategic leadership strengthening efforts, and she will receive an annual emolument of HK$546,000 with potential bonuses.
