Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the sale of its entire stake in AssetMark Financial Holdings, Inc. as of September 5, 2024, in a transaction that has fetched a final consideration of US$1.793 billion. Following the closure of the deal, Huatai Securities no longer holds any shares in AssetMark, marking the end of its association with the financial holdings company.
